DC day 15

Everyone was feeling a lot better today so we went south and bought Colby some awesome Lightning McQueen light-up shoes, visited our new house, had some MickeyD's and went to the park in our subdivision. As far as playgrounds go, this one blows. But Colby still enjoyed it.

It should be noted that "Baby Soyo's" hat does not even come close to fitting his gigantic head. It's just kind of perched there on top.

Colby really enjoyed driving the "car". Big surprise there.

Colby wanted my attention so he declared that it was time for "baby done" swinging.

And anyone who knows Colby knows what happens when you take a full belly + a lot of running around + him gulping down a bunch of juice...

That's right. I strapped him in his carseat and then he puked everywhere. This kid is so gross.
Oh well...back home again.

Everyone needs a curtain rod sword and some borderline mad scientist hair.
He just wishes he had some hair.
You're probably tired of looking at messy-face Colby but that's pretty much his face every day. He is wearing vintage (from this afternoon) sweet and sour sauce this evening with a touch of ranch. Truly an inspiring combination.
Oh, and in under an hour, Colby had the toes scraped off of his brand new shoes. :/ This is why I refuse to buy $50 Stride Rites.

DC day 14

Today was certainly a better day than yesterday. I didn't have to call 911 so I declare it a success. Having said that, it was still pretty crappy. Both boys were crabby patties most of the day...I can't wait for this sickness to be done with.

Sawyer does not like tummy time. Not in any way.

And Colby was doing well with his lunch until he decided to play with his noodles. (note: those are ramen noodles. Yes, that is ALL we had in the house to eat)

Then somebody yelled at him for throwing noodles on the floor.

Finally, someone is happy. Probably because he has ridiculous, fluffy red hair.

Oh, a smile from him too.

Another meal, another bad attitude.

Dessert makes everything better. And he stole all the whipped cream.

A little bit o' sittin' up after dinner.

Big drooling baby chewing on his toy. And Sawyer has a toy, too.

Colby was mad that his "ool bus" was stolen.

But it tasted sooooooo good!

Oh, and here's a couple of videos from Sunday that I forgot to post.

DC day 13

We spent most of the day in the ER after a lovely ambulance ride to the hospital. But all is well now. Sawyer is as good as new. So enjoy the pictures of the boys goofing off on the ER stretcher.

"Gah, I'm bored."
"Pretty sure I saw some bugs in here."
"Maybe not."
"Oooh! I want that milk!"
"Crap."
"It's MIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINE!!!!"
"Whatever."
"I'm just gonna eat my keys. And I'm not sharing."
"Mine."

DC day 12

Soybeans was sick so Colby went with daddy for a boat ride. I was totally jealous. But I did get to see these fabulous pics when they got back.

It may be time for a haircut.

Like a turtle on its back.

He got to drive the boat.

Snack time!

Getting sleepy.

Colby may have had fun but it was nothing compared to the awesomeness of chewing on a blue triangle.
